SMALL-VOLUME PRODUCTION

The technology of 3D printing enables to produce single copies and short series of parts and products.  The appropriately designed 3D model gives the possibility of direct additive production. It reduces initial cost and shortens the realization time significantly.

The technology of additive printing enables to produce successfully a part of geometry being impossible to achieve by means of milling machine or injection moulding machine. Due to this option, parts of our customers can be designed in the way optimizing the weight and shape of the final product.

We apply the technology using the functional materials in small-volume production. Due to this, our customers can use the produced parts as final products in their projects.

Applying the industrial solutions of additive production, we have a possibility of quick reaction on the needs of our customers. In order to start production, we need only the 3D model. It allows to complete the orders within 3-5 working days.

SLS

The process of 3D printing in the SLS technology relies on the selective etching of cross section of the produced model in the layer of polyamide powder carried by the device. This process is repeated until the height of 3D printing refers to the height of printed object.

The technology of additive manufacturing enables to produce single copies with the simultaneous avoidance of initial cost. It has the beneficial influence on price and enables to produce the prototypes which can be used in functionality tests, shape assessment and for selling.

The additive manufacturing enables the immediate start of manufacturing process without the intermediate steps. Delivering the appropriately designed 3D model to us, our customers can receive their prototype even within 5 working days.

Technology Applied using various professional technologies of additive manufacturing is able to select such material, applied in the manufacturing process, in such a way so that it would fit with the material planned to be used in the target production. It allows to test the functionality of prototype even before the mass-production.

The assessment of shape and functionality of the planned objects for later implementation, often enough saved our customer’s budget against bearing the cost of design errors. Additionally, our technologies reduce significantly the risk of great increase of initial cost as the result of committed errors.

Polyjet

Polyjet Technology depends on hardening of the photosensitive photopolymer with the UV beam. In Polyjet technology, the liquid photopolymer injected on the model through the nozzle and then hardened with the UV light. It is the perfect method of prototyping, which we may use to print as the whole the products keeping their appropriate hardness values of material even if they vary in different elements of the same model.
